SAES’s Top Management impulses its personnel to perform their assignments according to the following concepts that shall be the quality guide in their work as well as the way to perform for all of us:
- SAES guides itself to be the valid speaker with the Ministry of Defence and related organisations for all Underwater Acoustics related-issues.
- The compliance of all customer requirements (legal and regulated) and the on-going efficiency of the Quality Management System, shall be specially attended to in engineering studies, design, development and installation of the systems / equipments.
- In the manufacture of the systems/ equipments it will be taking into consideration its usefulness as well as the reliability required by the customer.
- For all works, SAES shall try to re-use all its experience and previous developments to the maximum.
Therefore it approves these documents, and delegates in the Purchasing and Quality Manager in order to identify and to communicate any problems and/or non-conformities with regards to the contractual requirements and the established procedures that affect, or could affect negatively, the quality, being authorized to initiate, prosecute and to close all corrective actions necessary to obtain required quality standards and to promote the constant improvement of the Quality Management System.
Likewise, the Managing Director assumes the responsibility that all Programme Managers, apply to their projects the quality management in compliance with the Procedures and Directives described in this Manual.
This Top Management guards over the strict application of this quality policy and guarantees it upon its customers.
